2 New pieces of work from Gina Hams

Hi There.  I have been so busy, what with the pantomime, and painting and a visit from my daughter and we did a Murder Mystery Evening, which was brilliant but also quite time consuming....

See below pics of the paintings and one of the Murder Mystery Evening organised by my lovely daughter Lisa. ( here in her Maids Outfit doing the Guinness Beef Stew !! ) and also a video ( sorry no sound ! ) of the a bit of the PANTO feauturing moi as the Mock Turtle.

Hi all,   First of all sorry that the blog has not been updated.  I have been very busy have 4 new paintings on the go and I really need to get ahead of the game this month.  Summer will be here before I know it.  So I will update and let you have a look at the new paintings next week.

I am sure Jane who is now the new editor and Lizzy head trouble maker will let you see and know about how things will work now.  Jane has lots of girlie ideas ( being a girl ) and intends to spice things up a bit.

It's that time of year again.

Hiya Folks

It is the season for the Still Life's.  I am once more doing the tomatoes and could not resist taking photos of the process.  Here is a RED photo that had me completely beguiled.  Mmmmmmmmmm french tomatoes.  Thin skins and delicious flavour.  No problem with storage here , just cook 'em and freeze 'em for those winter days when the tomatoes will warm you inside and out.

Oh so Red !!!!!   

I will let you know what they tasted like later.....

Hi Folks

Been a very busy time since I last updated the blog.  Exhibitions, Celebrations of the French kind - which always seem to involve a deal of eating and drinking and refurbishment around the homestead and on top of that I am rehearsing for a play with a group of thespians in Montaigu de Quercy.  What a great crowd.  I just love the buzz that comes from a group of such energetic people.  Good to tread the boards once more.

The pic at the top I took earlier to day and I thought it might make a pretty good still life so I think I may give it a go.

Hope everyone is in good fettle.  I hear in England there has been a fair walloping of rain and here well what can one say except  "Phewwwwww".  Hopefully it is going to cool down now as 40 degrees was a bit extreme...
